Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. PIXMAS does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under normal circumstances.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping. We will review requests for a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

• Damaged upon arrival – Your order arrived with visible damage to the product. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

• Order not received – Your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window. Please allow the full estimated shipping time to pass before reaching out, and we will investigate with the carrier.

• Defective product – The product is confirmed defective upon first use (does not power on, app cannot connect, or has a manufacturing fault). You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the conditions above or lacks sufficient documentation. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Additional Terms

• Change-of-mind, buyer’s remorse, or “I don’t like it” returns are not accepted.
• Products that show signs of use, misuse, modification, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
• Shipping costs (original and any return shipping) are non-refundable except in cases of verified damage or defect caused by us or the carrier.
• PIXMAS is not responsible for delays or losses once the package has been handed to the carrier and tracking shows it was scanned into the shipping network.
• Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in the order being permanently denied for refund/replacement and the customer account being restricted.
